- Address (if shown on record)
- Name of lender
- Amount of original Deed of Trust
- Foreclosed amount
- Type of Loan (Conventional, FHA, or VA)
- Legal description of property
- Attorney handling foreclosure
- Public trustee's number
- Optional Assessor's data (property type, use type, etc.)
