Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new window), the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance for websites.
Measures we take include descriptive page titles and headings, text alternatives for images, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, controls to pause moving content, and respect for the reduced-motion preference in your operating system.
Known limitations
- Some product sheets and member reports are provided as PDF files produced by older systems and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.
- The county coverage map is an image. The same information is provided as a text list of counties on the map page and on every product page.
