SKLD has implemented support requests directly in their applications. Follow the instructions below to submit a support request through the application you are using.

Authentication Issues

Having trouble logging in to TIMSWeb or SKLDoc?

If you are having issues authenticating to TIMSWeb or SKLDoc, please submit a ticket at our support portal:

In the search result list, right-click and select "Show Details".

At the bottom of the Document Details, in the right-hand corner, click on "Report Posting Error".

Report Posting Error window will open. At this window you can click on what you need fixed, posting or image.

Click "Submit" to submit the error.

Option 1: From Search Results

In a search page (Document Search, Map Search, or Tub Card Search) you can click on "Report a problem with the document" if the search returned a result or "Submit Image Request" if nothing was found to report a document image issue.

Option 2: Via Menu

Go to Menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select "Document Request" to report a document image issue.
